- Boil 3 cups of water
- While water is boiling, peel skin off sweet potato
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, put peeled sweet potato in boiling water for 6-7 minutes or until oven is preheated
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges (or size of your liking), place them on baking sheet, drizzle oil, shake salt and pepper on them
- Bake seasoned sweet potatoes for 10 minutes, flip after 5 minutes
- Spray pan, cook frozen turkey burger on stove top medium heat 5 mins each side
- Use the water from boiling the potato to steam 1/2 cup of broccoli for 6-7 minutes

- Chop 2 layers of iceberg lettuce, 1 whole tomato, 1/4 cucumber into pieces (the size of your liking)
- Place chopped ingredients, and pre-sliced (and precooked) grilled chicken into a mixing bowl
- Add 1/4 cup shredded parmesan, and oil based dressing
- Mix well
