Today’s exercise is stepping jacks.
Minute 1:
Simultaneously lift your right arm over your head and step your right foot to the side.
Minute 2:
Simultaneously lift your left arm over your head and step your left foot to the side.
Minute 3:
Alternate your right and left side.
Minute 4:
Alternate your right and left side 3x each side. Then, perform 1 jumping jack. Repeat.
Minute 5:
Alternate your right and left side 2x each side. Then, perform 1 jumping jack. Repeat.
