1 Minute Mindfulness-Day 30

Welcome to day 30. We have a perfect practice today! Let’s get started.

Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, shift your attention to your whole body. Without opening your eyes, imagine yourself just as you are in this moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breaths. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
