Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, shift your attention to the room you are in. Without opening your eyes, think of the image of the space you are in at this moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breaths. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
