Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, shift your attention to your left calf muscle. It does not matter what your calf is doing, just notice it for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breaths. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
