Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, shift your attention to your right shin. It does not matter what your shin is doing, just notice it for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
