Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, think about your right arm. It does not matter what your arm is doing, just notice it for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
