Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, shift your attention to your right ear. It does not matter how you think about it, just notice your right ear for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
