Welcome to day 9. Let’s get started.
Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, think about something that makes you smile. It does not matter what it is, just notice this something that makes you smile for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
