Welcome to day 6. Let’s get started.
Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, think about your someone who has helped you. It does not matter who it was or what they did, just notice this person for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
