Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, think about something you value about yourself. It does not matter what it is, just notice it for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breathes. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
