1 Minute Mindfulness- Day 3

Welcome to Day 3!

Feel free to take a comfortable seat and let’s get started!

Close your eyes. Pay attention to your breath. Count three breaths. Inhale and exhale is one. On your third exhale, think a thought. It does not matter what the thought is, just notice it for a moment. Bring your attention back to your breath. Count two breaths. On your second exhale, open your eyes.
