Prep time: 20 mins

  1. Boil 3 cups of water
  2. While water is boiling, peel skin off sweet potato
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, put peeled sweet potato in boiling water for 6-7 minutes or until oven is preheated
  4. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges (or size of your liking), place them on baking sheet, drizzle oil, shake salt and pepper on them
  5. Bake seasoned sweet potatoes for 10 minutes, flip after 5 minutes
  6. Spray pan, cook frozen turkey burger on stove top medium heat 5 mins each side
  7. Use the water from boiling the potato to steam 1/2 cup of broccoli for 6-7 minutes

Frozen turkey burger: $.83

1 sweet potato: $.50

1/2 cup frozen broccoli: $.20

1 tbsp olive oil: $.01

1 shake salt, pepper: $.01

Total Cost: $1.55
